a. Product Nature

Hair wigs and extensions may involve machine processing and hand-finishing. Slight variations in texture, length, construction, or color may occur, and this is not considered a defect.

b. Product Accuracy

We strive for accurate representations, but images may differ slightly from actual products due to screen settings, lighting, and natural hair behavior.

• Prices are shown in USD or local currencies on www.haircherry.com (International)
  Pricing is dynamic based on your location and may vary between platforms.

 

5. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

You will receive a confirmation email upon order placement; this does not signify final acceptance.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

a. Domestic (India)

Orders are processed within 2 business days and typically delivered within 7 working days, depending on your location.

b. International

International orders may take 5–15 business days depending on customs and local delivery timelines. Import duties, VAT, and taxes are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

7. Returns, Replacements & Claims

Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of wigs and extensions, we do not offer refunds.

 

Claim Policy:

• If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, you must email us at haircherry.co@gmail.com with photos and a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.
• Claims without a video will not be accepted.

 

Replacement Policy:

• Only eligible for damage or wrong item claims supported by evidence.
• We record a video of each product before dispatch to ensure condition.
• No replacements for issues caused by wear and tear, incorrect installation, or negligence.
• We reserve the right to refuse a replacement or damage claim if the proof provided by the customer is deemed insufficient or unsatisfactory. Customers are required to provide clear evidence ( such as photos or videos ) to support their claim.

 

8. Site Use

By using this website, you agree:

• Not to misuse, disrupt, or hack our platform
• Not to post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Not to replicate or use our product content, photos, or educational materials without permission

 

9. Usage Restrictions
